INTHEBUFF MISSION STATEMENT

My mother named me Buff and I was only 2.5lbs at birth. My mother nick named me Tweety because i resembled a baby bird that fell from a tree, which most preemies resemble. Even then I couldn’t wait to get started to put my mark on the world. What mother didn’t know is that my name was going to be more than a moniker, it would a venue to encourage and inspire generations of women in their most honest and simplest of forms. IN THE BUFF.
Our mission is to unite women globally and inspire them to live in their best selves, through food, fitness, fashion, community, finances, health and family.

INTHEBUFF is about empowerment, acceptance and new views and visions of what’s to come next. Empowering women that it’s never too late, to achieve your desired wants and dreams.

Accepting and cultivating new relationship and repairing old ones through forgiveness and patience.

Accept, love and transform our imperfections and flaunt our best attributes. Get the best out of our bodies by working smarter, not harder. No gimmicks, just sweat determinations. “Rome wasn’t built in a day!”

We will be exploring new fitness crazes as well as healthy hot spots to dine and relax. Cool resorts to unwind in whether on a budget or a splurge.

We will also learn about keeping our closets and makeup bags up to date by investigating true classics with a splash of excitement. After all life is too short to wear boring clothes.

We will be INTHENOW, discussing current events that affect our careers, families and our finances.
